Jakob's Gansey is knitted from the top down. It features a slip rib collar folded double, cabled sleeves and cable details on the body, and cable rib cuffs and body rib. It is knitted in the round and is seamless. The jumper is blocked to make the back slightly longer than the front for extra comfort. This gansey is knitted in Jakob's favourite colour, deep red.
This jumper is knitted in double knit weight. The design is a loose, casual fit for an average to large sized adult male. The amount of yarn in this kit gives the approximate measurements listed below. If you are planning to make a bigger size you will need to add yarn proportionally.
